Academic Systems
SEI: The Electronic Information System (SEI) is UFRJ’s official system for handling eletronic processes and documents.
SIGA: The Integrated Academic Management System (SIGA) is a web-based system through which students, teachers, and staff can obtain information and make some updates to their academic records.
ATRIO: Atrio is the central academic management system used at Coppe. Professors, students, program staff, examination board members, co-authors, and collaborators can access the system to keep its data up to date. In addition to simplifying data collection and consolidating the information submitted to CAPES on a yearly basis for evaluation of our graduate courses, this system also provides our board of directors and program coordinators with the necessary information to implement a continuous improvement strategy.
Acolhe COPPE
The Acolhe Coppe Center for Psychosocial Care offers Coppe teachers brief emotional care with psychologists and art therapists through the following resources: online and in-person individual psychological care; emotional support group; art therapy group; integrative and complementary practices (PICs) such as aromatherapy, floral therapy, guided meditation techniques, mindfulness, and SoulCollage® technique, as well as lectures and materials in psychoeducation.
Coppe teachers who wish to apply for psychological care simply need to submit their full name and program to the email acolhecoppe@adc.coppe.ufrj.br and wait for an appointment.

COPPETEC Online
The COPPETEC foundation has the general objective of providing quality services to the COPPE community and other UFRJ units in the development of research, teaching, extension and innovation projects, together with public and private, national and foreign entities, with a view to scientific development. and technology in the country.

CPGP
The Commission of Graduate Studies and Research (CPGP) is responsible for applying the academic rules at COPPE. CPGP serves as a bridge between Coppe and the Council of Research and Undergraduate Education (CEPG), one of the three Higher Councils at UFRJ

Pantheon
UFRJ’s Institutional Repository
Collect, preserve and disseminate digital academic production in all areas of knowledge.
The assets of the repository comprise, in addition to theses and dissertations at UFRJ, scientific articles, electronic books, book chapters and papers presented at events for teachers, researchers, administrative staff and students of master’s and doctoral degrees.
