Created in 1967, we are a pioneering program in Brazil that promotes dialogue between exact, natural, social, and health sciences. We work with a broad array of subjects, dedicating ourselves to system management and projects that involve people, materials, equipment, and the environment, for use in the industrial, agricultural, and service sectors, as well as in public administration and social initiatives.

We prepare our students so that they acquire the essential characteristics of a production engineer: versatility and interdisciplinary thinking. We have structured our program’s fields of study and their corresponding lines of research to meet these principles.
