Coppe promotes seminar on new renewable sources and smart grids in national energy planning

Coppe/UFRJ, through the Energy Planning Program (PPE) will hold on October 2nd the7th Seminar “Integration of New Renewable Sources and Smart Grids in National Energy Planning” (Sinrenova). With the participation and support from Wärtsilä, a company of finnish origin that is the global leader in technologies for the maritime and energy generation markets, the event will gather sector specialists and leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities of new energy sources and smart grips in national energy planning.
The opening will be attended by Coppe’s director, professor Suzana Kahn, by event coordinator and PPE/Coppe professor, Amaro Pereira; and by Wärtsilä Brasil’s Energy director, Jorge Alcaide.
The seminar will take place at 8:30am, at Coppe’s auditorium, located at UFRJ’s Centro de Tecnologia 2, at Cidade Universitária. For further information and registration, access the subscription form.
